Erilynne Barnum For over thirty years Erilynne Barnum has enjoyed a ministry to the church in the areas of discipleship, Bible study and spiritual direction. She has designed a system of Biblical discipleship (now a video series offered to the wider church) through which Christians are strengthened (1) in their relationship to the Lord Jesus Christ, and (2) in the use of the gifts God has given them to serve Him, His Church and the world around them. Her heart is for the maturing of the Body of Christ for the effective proclamation of the Gospel, the equipping of the saints for ministry, and the lifting up of Jesus as Lord so that others may come to know Him.
Along with her husband, The Rt. Rev. Thaddeus R. Barnum, she serves the church in the preaching and teaching of the Bible, having ministered in various settings and in many congregations here and abroad. They have been active in church planting and have participated in mission work in America, East and Central Africa, Honduras, and England. Erilynne and Thad are presently serving at Church of The Apostles, Fairfield CT. Together they have co-authored a book, Remember Eve, published by Longwood Communications. Erilynne is the mother of four daughters and the grandmother of eight. She attended The Kings College in Briarcliff Manor, NY, and the Academy of Christian Thinking and Service in Pittsburgh, PA. After 20 years of active lay ministry, Erilynne was ordained a permanent deacon in 1991.
The Rt. Rev. Thaddeus Rockwell (Thad) Barnum The Rt. Rev. Thaddeus Rockwell (Thad) Barnum serves as a Discipleship Bishop in the Anglican Mission in America. Thad attributes much of his early training and ministry to nine years (1978-87) spent at St. Pauls Episcopal Church, Darien, Connecticut under the leadership and anointed preaching of the Rev. Terry Fullam. During those days, his love for expository preaching began and continues to this day. In 1987, Thad was called to plant a new church in Alliquippa, Pennsylvania- a dying mill town. During his years as rector (1987-95), Prince of Peace Episcopal Church grew to over 300 with over 30 ministries active in all facets of parish life. During this time, Thad also served in many other capacities such as Field Education Mentor at Trinity School for Ministry, Chaplain to South American Missionary Society, Chaplain at the USAir Pittsburgh Airplane Crash site for Flight 427, and Chairman of the Mustard Seed Project which provides Acts of Mission, Acts of Mercy in East and Central Africa. He has authored the book Where is God in Suffering and Tragedy, Never Silent (3rd Printing) and co-authored Remember Eve with his wife, Erilynne.
In 1997, Thad and his wife Erilynne moved to Pawleys Island to serve as Directors of Missions at the North American Missionary Society and in 1998, they served for 7 years at All Saints Church, then moved to Fairfield, CT to plant Church of the Apostles. He also travels around the Country serving as the Discipleship Bishop for the Anglican Mission.
The Rev. David Bryan Presently David is leading a new Anglican Mission in America church (Christ Church)in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. Married to his wife Nancy for twenty-five years and father of three children: Collins, Tricia and Duncan, ages 24, 22 and 19, David has served in several churches in Florida and South Carolina over the last twenty plus years. With a deep commitment and passion for the Word of God, David focuses his ministry on Christ-centered preaching and biblical models of church life. David and Nancy have experienced first-hand the fruit of The Call to Discipleship in the local church.
David holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry, Ambridge, PA, where he currently working toward his Doctor of Ministry degree. David has served on various business, civic and church-related boards and foundations.
Beth Sprinkle With a passion for discipleship and a gifted teacher Beth has been a part of Ariel / A Ministry of Proclamation from the the very first in 1998. Beth is a national speaker, bible teacher, disciples many women and enjoys team teaching with Erilynne on many occasions. Outside of Ariel / A Ministry of Proclamation Beth is very involved in her home church, All Saintsand was ordained to the deaconate in October, 2010. Beth, her husband Ralph and daughter Libba live in Pawleys Island, SC
